Purpose of processing
Personal data collected through the contact form is processed to handle your information or quotation request, evaluate the feasibility of the described project and, where appropriate, prepare a technical and financial proposal. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent you provide when submitting the contact form. If a contractual relationship is formalized, the basis will be the performance of the contract. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Data retention
Data will be retained for as long as necessary for the stated purpose. If the request does not lead to a contractual relationship, data will be deleted within a maximum of 12 months from collection. In the case of a contractual relationship, data will be retained for the duration of the contract and applicable legal periods.
Recipients
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law. Data may be accessed by the web hosting provider and email service used for the operation of this site, who act as data processors under confidentiality agreements. No international data transfers are made.
Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to privacidad@amlgeneralsolutions.com, stating your full name and the right you wish to exercise. You have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.
