AML General Solutions is an engineering and integrated management firm operating at the intersection of technical consulting, project management and construction delivery. Our clients are organizations that do not want to manage designers, contractors, project supervisors and safety coordinators in parallel — but to have a single interlocutor accountable for the outcome.

We work with a proprietary methodology and standardized deliverables. Each project is structured in phases with explicit closure criteria, a traceability matrix between client requirements and contracted scope, and a three-layer pricing model that lets the client see exactly what they pay for in each line item.
